Quality Assurance Program

Since 1992, AVUM has worked meticulously to assure that quality standards are universally and entirely met – precisely as set forth by each contract and follow-on task order.

Our methodologies have evolved out of years of growth, and have been tried and tested by the inclusion of enterprise-wide partnerships and the application of established and emerging technologies. Additionally, these approaches are underscored by a corporate culture of honest and respectful collaboration. Therefore, the success of each step of our Quality Assurance and Improvement processes can be effectively gauged solely by the success of our clients – as the level of quality the clients’ dictate to secure their own success is achieved. Quality Control is not only guaranteed by AVUM’s expertise and innovation, but also intrinsic to our work as a whole.

The application of an AVUM solution yields important artifacts and documents. Inherent to the processes that produce them and fundamental to each subsequent procedure, these tools serve as foundations for fluid, accurate, and constructive communications amongst all involved.
