Project Management

Avum continues to pursue the application of our unique expertise in developing both government and commercial distributed applications. Customer Relationships & Team Building

Whether we are adapting system frameworks to satisfy specific requirements, or supporting our clients in running their IT systems, our technical leadership and collaborative abilities ensure results that meet and exceed customer expectations. Team building based on strong customer relationships is one of Avum's defining characteristics. Our team building expertise has been proven on systems engineering in support of defense engineering, space systems and distributed web-based e-Government and e-Commerce applications.

e-Government

Avum is a provider in all four facets of e-Government: 1) Government to Constituency (G2C), 2) Government to Business (G2B), 3) Government to Government (G2G) and Government to Government Employees (G2E). We provide the basic infrastructure to conform to any of these four models, with the capability to implement requirement-specific Web-based solutions, including contract administration, employee services and data storage, retrieval and distribution.

e-Business

As is the case with e-Government, we recognize that in the business world, transitioning from localized applications, some still “paper-bound,” to a Web-based architecture requires an insight to the desired end result. This end result is dependent upon detailed analysis made possible through building an Integrated Process and Product Development (IPPD) team consisting of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from both client and Avum staff.
